I'm sat with a glass of wine thinking about the good times. I can't think about the end because it was heartbreaking but all the great memories from the start and middle of our story make it a little bit more bearable.

I was so lucky to have such a amazing man in my life & Jake was so furtunate to have got to meet you! My heart aches at the thought of never seeing you or laughing with you again but we made so many memories when you was here that will keep me smiling for a lifetime. Love you always sleep tight xxx
